Suntem plini de speranță și încredere că vom reuși să oferim copiilor, tinerilor, părinților, familiilor și comunităților cu care lucrăm accesul la oportunități și speranța pentru o viață demnă și împlinită.
Voluntarii, prin implicarea și devotamentul lor, aduc o briză proaspătă abordării noastre de lucru. Voluntarii sunt oamenii care își pun necondiționat timpul, creativitatea și cunoștințele lor în slujba celor care au mai mare nevoie de ei. Sprijinul lor este măsurat prin multe fapte și este greu de transformat în bani pentru că ei oferă nu doar ajutor, ci și dragoste.
Bucuria, zâmbetele și un simplu ”mulțumesc” este ceea ce le aduce satisfacția lucrului bine făcut.
Volunteers and the Law of Attraction
Volunteers bring values which synergize with those of the Foundation. They add value through their experiences, knowledge, and work, serving as a source of energy for our motivation engine, and as a solution to the indifference of others. The FARA team believes that the law of attraction works and that special people knock on our program doors, interested in offering their talent and time, as well as a helping hand in ordinary and extraordinary situations.
Volunteers are part of the stories that FARA writes with each beneficiary.
Take the First Step
The pen is in each of our hands, whether it’s about talent, financial support, sophisticated skills, technology, relationships, hours of work, empathy, and encouragement in difficult moments. Behind each volunteer are many beautiful stories of our children and young people who, alone or supervised, manage little by little to take control of their own lives. These stories represent just the beginning of the continuation of 30 years of activity when hundreds of volunteers said ‘Yes’ to actions for change and, besides the love they offered to those without, they brought colorful pastels into their days.
The Magic Formula of Success
Volunteers teach us that the magic formula for success is unconditional love and involvement, discipline, perseverance, motivation, and professionalism. Thus, we build models of winners. The hand eager to do good nourishes the soul. Discovering the purpose of doing good is the force with which the individual and the community evolve. And YOU can be the volunteer behind and in the forefront of our actions for the most vulnerable among us – children, young people, families, and communities.
