The success of FARA Foundation in fulfilling its mission to serve vulnerable children, young people, and families in poor communities in Romania is the culmination of the professionalism, dedication, passion, and human value of the team.

The results achieved over the 30 years of activity for approximately 10,000 beneficiaries are based on an experienced, qualified, and diverse team that operates in an environment characterized by safety, ethics, and trust.

FARA Foundation has approximately 100 active employees in Suceava, Ilfov, and Satu Mare counties, the geographical areas covered by the programs carried out.
