Over 30 Years of Impact
With over 30 years of experience in delivering accredited social services, FARA Foundation contributes through its programs to improving quality of life, strengthening social cohesion, and fostering social responsibility in some of Romania’s most disadvantaged communities.
FARA invests in children and young people, in those without families, in people with disabilities, and in those who lack real opportunities to live a decent and dignified life. Through the implementation and successful completion of its projects, FARA supports the development of life skills and resilience, enabling social inclusion and empowering individuals to take responsibility for their own lives with dignity.

Skillshadows
The result of this initiative is presented as a video manual, showcasing how job shadowing and international collaboration between organizations foster the exchange of ideas and the implementation of best practices. These approaches enable the successful scaling of methodologies across countries and contribute to improving the professional integration of young adults who face challenges in finding and maintaining employment.
